Brook wrought iron estate gate
Our Brook style wrought iron estate gates are simple and affordable yet stunning in design with its fleur-de-lys or ball topstyle railheads and fish tailed scrolled lever latch. All of our gates are hand crafted to the highest standards in our custom workshop in West Yorkshire.
Spec: - Fully painted black (high build vinyl paint) - Optional galvanising to prevent rust
- 6ft (1.83m) tall
- 30mm box sides.
- 30x8mm top and bottom rails.
- 12mm solid round infill bars.
- 100mm gaps between infill bars.
- Pad lockable.
- 100mm gaps between infill bars.
- Supplied with adjustable hinges and fixing bolts.

The Width listed is the gap you have between your walls or posts, we then work out of the size of the gate.
If you need gate posts, remember to allow space for these.
Gate height is measured from the bottom of the frame to the highest point on the gate.
Don't forget to allow for ground clearance too - typically 60mm.
Delivery Charge is £65.00 or Collect it from our workshop for free. Delivery charges will be added at the checkout.
Measuring Guide and Delivery Times
Widths:
Before you complete your purchase for your gates or railings you need to make sure that you are ordering the correct size.
The widths shown are the size between your posts or pillars and NOT the actual size of the gate or railing.
To work out the size needed you will need to measure (as accurately as possible) the distance between your posts or pillars and this is the size / width that you will need to order.
Height:
The heights of the gates and railings shown are the actual height, measured from the bottom to the highest point of the gate or railing. When checking the height of the item needed please do not forget to allow for ground clearance, typically 6cm for gates and 4cm for railings.

Hanging side:
When ordering a gate, please let us know if you require:
- The gate to be hung from the left or the right
- Opening inward or outward (when looking from the outside of the property in)
Please place this information in the “messages” section of the checkout. If no message is left, the gate will be made to hang off the left opening inwards.
Delivery times:
As most of our items are handmade to order in our workshop, from receiving cleared payment the (approximate) delivery times are as follows:
Just painted gates and railings – 5 to 10 working days.
Galvanised and painted gates and railings – 20 to 27 working days.
For larger items (such as gates and railings) you will be contacted when your item is ready to ship to arrange a delivery date. For smaller items we will not contact you, your item will be shipped as soon as it is ready.
